Platform Role

This platform is a platform only. It is not an investment advisor, broker, dealer, bank, escrow agent, fiduciary, exchange, or financial advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Buyer Risk Disclosure

Purchasing tokens on the platform involves substantial risk. Projects may fail to graduate, lose value, become inactive, never achieve liquidity, or fail entirely. The platform does not guarantee project success, graduation, profitability, liquidity, tradability, price appreciation, or future performance.

Developer / Project Creator Disclosure

By launching or managing a project on the platform, you acknowledge that listing, acceptance, visibility, promotion, or platform access does not guarantee buyer participation, trading activity, graduation, liquidity, or project success.

Fees and Platform Discretion

All fees charged by the platform, including but not limited to launch fees, extension fees, advertising fees, promotional fees, and related platform charges, are non-refundable.

However, the platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund, credit, fee waiver, replacement service, promotional accommodation, or other remedy at any time.

Graduation Deadlines and Extensions

Projects are subject to graduation deadlines based on platform rules and the selected launch tier. A project may be eligible for a paid extension if offered by the platform and applied before the active project deadline expires. Extension fees are non-refundable. An extension does not guarantee graduation or project success.

Failed Project Claim Policy

If a project fails to graduate, buyers may be given a limited period to claim eligible token allocations or other claimable project entitlements, subject to platform rules.

Unless otherwise stated by the platform, the failed-project claim period is 30 days from the date the project is marked failed. After the claim period ends, any unclaimed token allocations, entitlements, or related claim rights are permanently forfeited.

Listing or allowing a project, ad, or promotion on the platform does not constitute endorsement, verification, approval, or recommendation by the platform.
